You can advertise your business, firm, practice, or services multiple times throughout the school year—and support the CFHS Orchestra program at the same time! Your ad will appear in all CFHS concert programs (approximately 4–6 concerts) and will also be featured on our website and social media. Advertising proceeds directly benefit all CFHS Orchestra students. Go directly to the Program Sponsorship Form.
Dimensions are based on our current program format which is a folded 8.5" x 5.5" booklet. Program format may change.
Full Page: 5” x 8” — $400
Half Page: 5” x 3.875” (horizontal) — $250
Quarter Page: 2.375” x 3.875” (vertical) — $100
Submit print-ready digital files (PDF, PNG, or JPEG).
Artwork should reproduce well in black and white. Shaded backgrounds and photography may not read as clearly. Text should be large enough for readability at the noted dimensions.
Files should be 300 dpi resolution or higher for best print quality.
Artwork provided in a different aspect ratio or shape may need to be scaled up or down to fit the available space.
Please ensure your ad fits within the listed dimensions; resizing may affect appearance or legibility.
Artwork and payment are due two weeks prior to each concert date. Ads submitted later will appear in the next available concert program.
Complete the Program Sponsorship form.
Upload your ad directly at the bottom of this form (PDF preferred).
Submit payment using one of these options:
Zelle: cfhsorchestraboosters@gmail.com (Note: Program Ad)
Credit Card: via Zeffy (link available on the form)
Upon approval and acceptance of your payment, your advertisement will be included in the next possible concert program following receipt of payment and will appear in all subsequent orchestra publications during the current school year.
To guarantee placement in the first concert program, please submit by September 15 of each school year.
